Las Olas Capital is a Fort Lauderdale based private investment firm that invests across a number of high growth attractive verticals with a strong focus on financial services.
Founded in 2020, Las Olas Capital initially applied its expertise in providing liquidity to holders of high-quality deferred payment obligations in the insurance space to diversify across a broad spectrum of financial services businesses, asset originators, and technology/service providers. The firm now actively invests across several different industries in the litigation finance, consumer finance, real estate, and technology space.

Las Olas Capital makes investments in companies with strong management teams that operate in inefficient or underserved markets with significant opportunities to scale.
While we typically make control investments, we also seek out special opportunities that provide long-term value to our stakeholders that fit inside of our perceived risk profile.

Investment Criteria
We invest in market leading companies that can excel from our strategic and operational guidance. Our focus is on uncorrelated B2B and B2C companies in industries such as litigation finance, real estate, home services, hospitality, and technology.
Investment Focus: From startup through mature, fully-developed businesses.
Investment Size: $500,000.00 or more
Investment Period: 2 – 5 years but the structure of our organization allows us to be flexible and more patient than traditional private equity firms.
